Belgium 10 Euro 2016 Olympic Games Rio de Janeiro

In 2016 Belgium has issued a special 10 Euro coin with the theme of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. There was a contest where everyone could choose from a number of coins. The winning coin is the design of gymnastics teacher Mr. Vincent Hontoir. On the face of the coin are three people with outstretched arms who give expression to the idea of liveliness. Below this image is the Belgian Logo of the Olympic Games 2016. On the left side of the coin you can see the text "Team Belgium" and the year 2016. On the reverse of the coin an exploded map of Europe is surrounded by the 12 stars of Europe. On the left side of the coin is the value of 10 Euro and the year 2016. At the bottom of the coin the country name of Belgium is creatively displayed in its three official languages: German, French and Dutch.
