Andorra 2 Euro 2018 25 Years Constitution in Mintholder

Especially for the collectors who have as motto "I collect coins and not packaging" we have the 2 Euro from Andorra 2018 "Constitutionö also available from stock in a printed coin holder. This special 2 Euro coin from Andorra 2018 has as its theme the 25th anniversary of the Andorra Constitution. The official language of Andorra is Catalan and the Constitution of Andorra (in the Catalan Constitucio d'Andorra) is the highest law of the Principality of Andorra. The people of Andorra voted by means of a referendum on 14 March 1993 with the Andorran Constitution which came into force on 28 April 1993. The Constitution was signed by the two co-princes of Andorra, the President of France (then Mitterrand) and the Bishop of Urgell (Joan Marti Alanis). This Constitution explicitly states that the President of France and the Bishop of Urgell are the heads of state of Andorra. Article 1 states that Andorra is a democratic and social constitutional state. On the face of the coin is the monument for the men and women who wanted the Constitution. This monument represents the Parliament of Andorra. On this monument the silhouettes of a man and a woman are depicted. Next to the image of the monument is a small image of Andorra with the text VIRTVS VNITA FORTOR (Virtue united is stronger), which is the motto of Andorra. On the right in an arc is the text æ25th Aniversari de la ConstitucioÆ inside of this text are the years 1993 and 2018. On the left side of the coin the country name Andorra is shown.
