Product Description
This is the 2018 Austrian luminous 3 Euro coin, the seventh coin from the Austrian series of luminous coins that have the theme of the Animals of the Night. The subject of this seventh coin is the Shark. The shark is a talented being. It has different rows of teeth, if a tooth breaks, the underlying tooth replaces the broken one! His eyes are ten times more sensitive to light than those of man. A shark can detect blood diluted billions of times. In general people are in awe of sharks, and are afraid of them. This is due to the appearance of the shark, its pointed teeth and the hook-shaped fin. On the face of the coin a large grey shark is depicted. This shark lights up green in the dark! The shark is portrayed swimming in the sea where a sunken ship is shown, on the seabed, surrounded by coral and marine plants. Furthermore, the year 2018 and the name Hai (Shark) are shown. The reverse of this series of coins is the same. In the middle are the 12 animals of this series. At the top of the coin is the country name Republik Oesterreich (Republic of Austria) and at the bottom of the coin the value indication of 3 Euro is shown.
