Austria 5 Euro 2018 Easter-Bunny Silver

The traditional silver Easter coin that Austria publishes annually has a double theme in the year 2018. The first theme is of course Easter and the second theme is the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the famous Viennese Porcelain factory Augarten. The double theme is perfectly reflected on the coin. The Easter Bunny welcomes Spring and Spring welcomes Easter in style. On the coin are references to beautiful designs of the Augarten factory. There is a vase decor as a template for the forget-me-not. Furthermore, the Maria Theresia Ornament is depicted. Centrally positioned is the Easter Bunny which was designed around 1930 by Michael Powolny. It is typical that one ear is horizontal: It is attentively listening to the sounds of spring! At the top of the coin is the year 2018. The reverse of all Austrian 5 Euro coins is the same. This silver coin is not round but nine-sided because Austria has nine æLänderÆ (provinces). The coats of arms of these provinces are shown on the coin. In the centre of the coin is the value indication of 5 Euro. This beautiful silver coin is presented in a luxurious package which is provided with a wrapper with the appropriate text "Frohe Ostern" (Happy Easter). Furthermore, the applicable, funny text "Was hör ich da?" (What do I hear?)
