Product Description
This is the normal 2016 German 2 Euro coin with the mint letter F = Stuttgart. On every German 2 Euro coin we see an image of a black eagle. In Germany, this Eagle is called the Bundesadler = Bondsadelaar. The Bondsadelaar is the traditional symbol of German sovereignty. The Eagle is also visible on the official flag of Germany. On the coin the Bondsadelaar is seen with open wings and closed feathers. This coin was struck in the Stuttgart mint. This is indicated by the letter æFÆ which is located at the bottom of the coin right next to the year 2016. In the outer ring of the currency are the 12 stars of the European Union. Around the edge of the coin is the text æEinigkeit und Recht und FreiheitÆ (Unity, Law and Freedom). The coin is packed in a printed air-tight Leuchtturm Coin holder.
