Ireland 10 Euro 2015 70 years peace in Europe

To commemorate the fact that in 2015 it was 70 years since the end of the Second World War Ireland has issued a special 10 Euro coin. On the coin, portrayed in a typically Celtic manner, are doves of peace each with an olive branch. The three doves are shown head-to-head in a circle. On the reverse of the coin is the Irish harp to the left of which is the country name æEireÆ (Ireland), while to the right the year 2015 is shown. The coin is presented in luxury packaging and the quality is silver proof. The issue of this coin is 8,000 copies.
