Lithuania has issued a special 2 Euro coin with the theme Lithuanian language. Lithuanian is an old European language and is spoken by about 4 million people. The Lithuanian alphabet has nine letters that do not appear in the English alphabet. On the coin you will see four letters that make one of the most beautiful Lithuanian words ACIU = Thanks. Under the word ACIU is the country name LIETUVA (Lithuania) and the year 2015. In the outer ring of the coin are the 12 stars of Europe. The script around the edge of the coin is: LAISVE * VIENYBE * GEROVE (=Freedom - Unity - Well-being). The coin is packaged in a beautiful Coincard. It is the first special 2 Euro coin of Lithuania presented in a Coincard. The quality of the coin is BU (Brilliant Uncirculated) and the edition of this numbered Coincard is 10,000 copies.
