San Marino BU 2018

Here is a BU set of San Marino 2018. The theme of this set is the painting "The Appearance of Saint Martin" which hangs in the parliament building of San Marino. This painting was painted in 1894 by Emilio Retrosi. In this painting Saint Martin is portrayed with an open book in his left hand with the Latin text "Relinquo vos liberos utroque ab homine". These are probably the last words of Saint Martin (San Marino) symbolizing what he wanted to give the people of San Marino: Freedom. This painting is the theme of the 2018 San Marino BU set. A part of this painting is also shown on the renewed 50 Cent coin of San Marino that has been issued since the year 2017. In the BU set of San Marino 2018 the complete series of San Marino Euro coins from 2018 is packaged, i.e. the 2018 1 cent coin up to and including the 2018 normal 2 Euro coin.
