Spain 2 Euro 2018 Feilipe 50 Years Silver-Plated

King Felipe VI has been King of Spain since 19 June 2014. He was born on January 30, 1968. In the year 2018 King Felipe is 50 years of age and to celebrate this Spain has issued a special 2 Euro coin. On this heavily silvered 2 Euro coin the Coat of Arms of King Felipe is depicted. This crest consists of six parts. On the left the Castle of Castile is depicted. In addition, the Lion of Leon is shown. On the left are the yellow-red stripes of Aragona in addition to the chains of Navarra. At the bottom of the coat of arms is a pomegranate flower and in the middle of the coat of arms three lilies are shown. The coat of arms is surrounded by the Royal chain and at the top of the coat of arms is the Royal Crown of Spain. On the left side of the coin is the country name ESPAÑA (Spain) underneath which is the year 2018. At the bottom right of the coin the text æ50 Aniversario de Don Felipe VIÆ (50th birthday of King Felipe VI). The coin is heavily silver-plated and is packed in a plastic coin capsule.
