These are the 1, 2 and 5 cent coins from Cyprus 2016. On these coins is an image of the Cypriot Moeflon which is, in fact, a wild sheep. The Cypriots call the animal an Agrinó. The Cypriot Moeflon has been in Cyprus for 8,000 years. Nowadays it is an endangered species, only found in the 60,000-hectare Paphos Mountains. On the coin the image is of two frontal looking Cypriot Moeflons. At the top of the coin, the country name of Cyprus is shown in Greek and Turkish, along with the year 2016.
