|Category||Other special euro coins|
This particular 2016 Finnish 20 Euro coin has the theme of Finnish Labour. Finns are known as hard workers. By working together with inspiration and perseverance, the most diverse Finnish products are made. These products can be small, such as glass and ceramics, but they can also be super big machines and these Finnish products enjoy great respect in the world. In order to appreciate these products, this beautiful Finnish 20 Euro coin has been issued on which a fingerprint is depicted, this is to indicate that every Finnish product has been made by Finnish people. The fingerprint is seen on the face of the coin. On the top of the coin is the Finnish text Suomalainen Työ and Swedish text Finländska Arbete (Finnish labour). In addition to the fingerprint the value of 20 Euro is printed. On the reverse of the coin there is a tree that appears to grow from a ground of various fingerprints. At the top of the coin is the country name Suomi (= Finnish) and Finland (= Swedish) and the year 2016. In terms of execution, this coin is the same as the 10 euro coin, the difference is that the 20 Euro coin is much bigger and heavier. The edition of the 20 euro coins is limited to just 5,000 copies. Notice the logo of a key with the Finnish flag. This is the logo that recognizes that both the coin and the luxury packaging are entirely produced and struck in Finland.
