Finland BU 2016 Part 1

From stock we have available the 2016 Finnish BU set. This set has as its theme the Baltic Herring (Clupea Harengus Membras). There are two types of herring û the Atlantic herring and the Baltic herring. Baltic herring is also called Stromeling in Dutch. The Herring swim together in schools. Special to the Baltic Herring is that they can live well in the clean Baltic Sea. The Baltic Herring is blue-green and silvery in colour. This Finnish BU set has the Herring as a theme and follows the series BU sets with the lighthouses that have been issued for 10 years. On the outside of the 2016 Finnish BU set the Herrings are pictured swimming together in a shoal. The set comprises the complete set of 2016 Finnish Euro coins in the quality BU (Brilliant Uncirculated). In addition, a special medal with the theme of the Baltic herring is included in the set. The issue of this set is only 10,000 copies.
