Luxemburg 2 Euro 2015 15 years Accession to the Throne of Henri Coloured

In 2015 it is 15 years since Prince Henri (Hendrik) of Luxemburg became Grand Duke. To commemorate this Luxembourg has issued a special 2 Euro coin. On this beautiful coloured 2 Euro coin Grand Duke Henri is depicted together with his wife Maria Teresa Mestre. Henri and Maria met during their study time and were married in 1981. Maria Teresa Mestre speaks no fewer than seven languages! On the coin above the country name Luxembourg the year 2000 is shown in small numbers, whilst under the country name the year 2015 is in larger numbers. At the bottom of the coin is the text æ15th anniversaire de l'accession au trône de S.A.R. le Grand-DucÆ. The colour of the Luxembourg flag (Red - White - Light blue) is perfectly reflected in this beautiful coloured 2 Euro coin. The quality of the coin is UNC (Uncirculated).
