Slovakia BU 2016 Presidency of the EU

Slovakia will hold the EU presidency from 1 July 2016 until 31 December 2016. For this reason Slovakia has issued a beautiful BU set. This BU set comprises the complete series of 2016 Slovak euro coins. As an extra coin the special 2016 Slovak 2 Euro coin "President EU" is packaged in this set. On the front of the BU set is a human hand holding a lens. The first modern lens was invented by the Slovak Joseph Petzval. Through the lens the castle of Bratislava, on the banks of the Danube, is displayed. Inside the set is a picture of a Slovakian landscape. The peak of a mountain in the Carpathian Mountains range is located through the lens.
