Andorra 2 Euro 2015 30 years political rights for 18 years

Andorra is one of the oldest states of Europe. Officially, it is governed by both the President of France and the Bishop of Seu d'Urgell. This is purely ceremonial and since 1982 the countryÆs Parliament is in its current structure. In December 1985 there was a change in the electoral system, which included voting rights for all native Andorra residents who are over 18 years old. In 2015, it was 30 years since voting rights for 18 years and older were possible and for that reason Andorra has issued a special 2 Euro coin. On the coin is an image of a young person who has just casts his or her vote. The ballot paper shows the country of Andorra. Top left of the coin are the years 1985 and 2015.
