Austria 10 Euro 2023 'Chamomile" Copper'. Chamomile' is an annual flower found throughout Europe. These white flowers with their yellow centres look a bit like daisies, but are distinguished by their wonderful, sweet scent. This beautiful flower is used as a herb, medicine and as an ingredient for many perfumes! Chamomile blooms from late May to September, they can grow to about 35 centimetres in height. The face of the coin shows several Chamomiles, in beautiful bloom, with a band of stylized Chamomiles behind them. On the reverse of the coin a young woman is depicted, decorated with many chamomiles. A mythical bird, a Phoenix, is shown sitting on her shoulder. Furthermore, the value indication of 10 Euro and the country name REPUBLIK ÖSTERREICH (Austria) are shown. The coin is packed in a printed coin holder.
