Product Description
The Styracosaurus is a herbivorous dinosaur that lived on Earth about 78 million years ago. The Styracosaurus belonged to the Ceratopsian group. With a length of almost six metres and a weight of almost 2,500 kilograms the Styracosaurus was heavier than a rhinoceros. The Styracosaurus was a herbivore and had a parrot-like snout. Its immense horns surrounded its entire head and served mainly for protection. The armour of a Styracosaurus was not easily pierced by predators and they were often left alone. On the face of the coin is an image of a Styracosaurus with a T-Rex in the background. His name 'Styracosaurus' and the year 2021 are also displayed. The reverse of this series of coins is always the same, i.e. an image of the all of the dinosaurs of this series, the country name 'Republik Österreich' (Republic of Austria) and the value indication of 3 Euro encircle the images. The coin is packed in a printed coin holder.
