Austria 5 Euro 2022 'Happiness is a Bird'. This is also the title of a popular Austrian national anthem. Happiness is fleeting, fragile and hard to hold onto. Not that we should be discouraged, for it is this elusiveness that makes it worth pursuing happiness and why we should have the strength and courage to pursue it. This message is especially important in the times in which we now live. 'Fate forces us to rest' continues the song and that is exactly what has happened to most of us in recent years. On the face of the coin is a bird with an extra-large heart. Furthermore, the text 'S GLÜCK IS A VOGERL' (Happiness is a Bird) and the year 2022 are shown. On the reverse of the coin are the nine coats of arms of the Austrian provinces with the value indication of 5 Euro in the centre. Additionally, the country name 'Republik Österreich' (Republic of Austria) is displayed in the outer edge. The coin is packed in a printed coin holder.
