Belgium 2.5 Euro 2022 '20 Years Euro' Coincard - French. It has been 20 years since the Euro was introduced as legal tender in Europe. In 2002, no fewer than 12 countries introduced the Euro as their currency. As a result, the Guldens, Franks, Lire and most European currency names all disappeared.
