The United Nations has declared 2020 the International Year of Plant Health. The UN has asked countries to pay attention to their flora at the national level. The national flora serve to protect them against plant diseases and pests. Any plant diseases and pests must be controlled so that no damage occurs not only for this generation but also for future generations.
