Product Description
These are the 1, 2 & 5 cent coins of Cyprus 2018. On these coins is an image of the Cypriot Mouflon. A Cypriot Mouflon is in fact a wild sheep. The Cypriots call the animal an Agrinó. The Cypriot Mouflon has been in Cyprus for 8,000 years. It is an endangered species which today can only be found in the 60,000 hectare Paphos Mountains. On the coin two Cypriot mouflons are pictured looking forwards. At the top of the coin is the country name Cyprus in Greek and Turkish with the 2018 year in between.
