Finland BU 2020 '75 years of Peace'

This is the 2020 Finnish BU set with the theme '75 years of Peace'. Hitler and Stalin had entered into a non-aggression pact assigning Finland to Russia. On 30th November, 1939 Russia attacked Finland. Russia managed to conquer Karelia and other large areas of Finland in just three months. Finland thus sided with Germany and in 1940 the Germans moved on to Norway via Finland. Germany managed to recapture large parts of Finland. Finland eventually opted for a treaty with Russia and was forced to cede the area of Karelia, Petsamo to the Russians. To commemorate the fact that Europe has been at peace for 75 years Finland has released a BU set with this as its subject. In this set the complete set of Finnish 2020 coins, the 1 Cent coin up to and including the 2 Euro coin are included. The circulation of this set is only 1,000 copies.
