Finland BU 2021 Freedom of Expression. 'Freedom of Speech' is the theme of Finland's latest BU set, released in the year 2021. Freedom of Speech, also known as freedom of expression, is one of the most important fundamental rights known to the Finnish people. The Finnish people are allowed to express their beliefs without having this checked in advance by the state. Finland achieved a perfect score of 100 from the 'Freedom in the World' report. Finland is a country that has been occupied many times and the Finnish people have high priorities for freedom - their most important asset. In this 2021 Finnish BU set, the front shows Freedom of Expression. In this set all eight coins, i.e. the 1 cent coin up to and including the normal 2 Euro coin, are packed. As an extra coin the 2021 special 2 Euro coin 'Journalism' is included in this BU set.
