2023 France 10 Euro coin 'Naruto'. Naruto is a Japanese manga series written by Masashi Kishimoto. This Mangaka (writer and artist of Japanese manga) started writing and drawing Naruto Uzumaki in 1999. Naruto is the main character of this Manga.
