France 2 Euro 2022 'Olympic Games' Coincard - Series of 5. The 2024 Summer Olympics will be held in France. To celebrate this fact Monnaie de Paris (the French mint) has decided to issue a coin every year until 2024 on the occasion of the 2024 Olympic Games. France won 33 medals at the previous Summer Olympics in Tokyo, of which 10 were Gold, 12 Silver and 11 Bronze. France hopes to win even more medals in 2024. The face of these 2 Euro 2022 'Olympic Games' coins shows the Greek Discus Thrower with the Arc de Triomphe, which symbolizes the city of Paris, in the background. The Olympic flame and the five Olympic rings are also shown. France has issued this coin in five different Coincards, each in a colour of one of the Olympic rings! This series contains all five different Coincards!
