Germany 10 Euro 2022 'Care - COVID-19'. Germany has issued a new 10 Euro coin with the theme 'Care'. This is the first coin in a new series called 'In the service of society'. The heroes of the care were, and are, ready day and night to provide every person with the care they deserve. The healthcare employees have been continuously ready to help patients with COVID-19 as best as possible, day in - day out! COVID-19 has disrupted the lives of billions of people worldwide. This pandemic has created a national unity in which the health of all people in the world must be protected. When it comes to health issues, research is essential and science continues to evolve. Today, the countries in the world are slowly returning to the old normal and more and more is possible again. The face of the coin depicts a healthcare worker holding a patient's hand. Furthermore, on the right of the coin a person is shown helping an invalid person in a wheelchair. A number of young and old people are depicted on the left side of the coin. The well-known German eagle is centred on the reverse of this coin. In the outer ring of the coin are the 12 stars of Europe, interspaced with the text 'Bundesrepublik Deutschland' (Germany) and the value indication of 10 Euro. The year 2022 is also shown. This is the complete series that contains the coins from all five of Germany's mints which are indicated by the letters A, D, F, G and J. All coins are packed in printed coin holders.
