Germany 20 Euro 2022 'Annette von Droste-Hülshoff'. Annette von Droste-Hülshoff was a German composer and poet and her most famous work is her novella 'Die Judenbuche' (The Jew's Book). She was born on 10th January, 1797 at Hülshoff Castle near Münster and is known as one of the best poets from Germany. Her poems were almost always oriented towards romance while Annette von Droste-Hülshoff led a secluded life because her father never allowed her to start a relationship. Annette von Droste-Hülshoff is portrayed on the face of the coin together with the text '225 Geburtstag Annette von Droste-Hülshoff'. On the reverse of the coin is the text 'Bundesrepublik Deutschland' (Federal Republic of Germany), along with the value indication of 20 Euro and the year of issue, 2022.
