Greece BU 2022. The 2022 BU set of Greece has the theme of the island of 'Chios'. Chios is an island in the eastern Aegean Sea. The island is almost 50 kilometres long and almost 29 kilometres at its widest. It is the fifth largest island in Greece but has 53,408 inhabitants. With a coast length of no less than 213 kilometres there are many beautiful beaches here! The well-known poet of Greek antiquity 'Homer' was born on this island. In addition to the many beautiful beaches, Chios also has many cliffs. Homer always called the island 'The Klippenrijk' (kingdom of cliffs). The complete set of 2022 Greek Euro coins is packaged in this BU set. The 2 Euro coin is the normal Greek 2 Euro coin. Several 2022 coins of Greece will not come into circulation as separate coins. The edition has been reduced to 7,500 copies thus it is a scarce set.
