Netherlands BU 2020

This is the 2020 BU set of the Netherlands. The theme is the city of Rotterdam. It is the fourth set of the series of five BU sets with the theme 'Prominent Dutch Cities'. Rotterdam is a port city located in the province of South Holland. With 582, 000 inhabitants it is the second largest city in the Netherlands. The port of Rotterdam is one of the largest in the world and provides a huge amount of employment. The Eurovision Song Contest 2020 was supposed to be held in Rotterdam, but unfortunately has been postponed. It is hoped that the Eurovision Song Contest can be held in Rotterdam at a later date. The Dutch 2020 BU set contains the complete set of Dutch Euro coins of the year 2020. These coins have the mint master mark the 'Servaasbrug'. The edition of this beautiful set is only 12,500 copies.
