Italy 5 Euro 2022 'Jaguar'. Italy has issued a 5 Euro coin with the 'Jaguar' as its theme. This is the third coin in a series of five! The Jaguar (Panthera onca) is a predator of the feline family. They are about 165 centimetres tall and have a shoulder height of about 75 centimetres. They weigh about 100 kilos, making them the largest and strongest felines known in America. They have retractable claws and razor sharp canines! They prefer to live in rainforests and mainly near water. They hide in the grass and behind the rocks and appear out of nowhere. They will eat anything they come across, such as Deer, Sloths, Armadillos, Anteaters, Birds, Crocodiles, Turtles, Snakes! No animal is safe around a Jaguar. Flight often makes no sense either, a jaguar can easily reach 80 kilometres per hour! On the face of the coin is an image of the Jaguar, the value indication of 5 Euro and the year of issue, 2022, are also displayed. On the reverse of the coin are a number of animals, namely an elephant, humpback whale, bald eagle, turtle, frog and a toucan. The country name 'Repubblica Italiana' (Republic of Italy) is also shown. The coin is supplied with an information folder and can be placed in the collector's album!
