Italy BU 2021. This is the 2021 BU set of Italy. This set contains 8 coins i.e. the 1 Cent 2021 coin up to and including the normal 2 Euro 2021. On the Italian 1 cent coin the 'Castle del Monte', which was built in the year 1240, is pictured. On the 2 cent coin is the 'Mole Antonelliana', a well-known building located in Turin. On the 5 cent coin the 'Colosseum', located in Rome, is depicted - many battles used to be held in this arena. On the 10 cent coin is a detail of the painting 'The Birth of Venus' which was painted by Sandro Botticelli. On the 20 cent coin a futuristic statue, made by sculptor Umberto Boccioni, is displayed. On the 50 cent coin is the bronze equestrian statue of 'Marcus Aurelius'. This unique statue is located in the centre of Rome. The 1 Euro coin shows the 'Vitruvian Man', designed by Leonardo da Vinci. On the 2 Euro coin is a portrait of 'Dante Alighieri' drawn by Raphaël. The edition of this set is 10,000 copies and is issued in the beautiful house colour of Eurocoinhouse - 'Orange'.
