Monaco 1 Euro 2022. Monaco only rarely issues individual Euro coins. Monaco is allowed to issue Euro coins and these coins are, of course, legal tender. This 2022 Monaco 1 Euro coin was issued as a loose coin and on this coin is an image of Prince Albert looking to the right. Prince Albert has been monarch of Monaco since 2005 and Euro coins with his image have been issued since 2006. At the top of the coin is the country name, Monaco and at the bottom of the coin is the year, 2022. To the left of the year is the French mint mark the Cornucopia (Horn of Plenty). In the outer ring of the coin are the 12 stars of Europe.
