Portugal 7.5 Euro 2020 Historical Trains

Portugal has issued a 7.5 Euro with the theme 'Historical trains'. On the face of the coin is an image of the characteristic steam locomotive 0186. This nostalgic steam locomotive still runs on Portuguese railways, namely on 'Linha do Douro'. This line runs between Régua and Tua stations and often runs right next to the Douro River, passing through beautiful countryside that even has UNESCO status! At the top of the coin, above the image of the locomotive, is the text 'COMBOIO HISTÓRICO' (historic trains). At the bottom of the coin is the name of the railway, Linha do Douro. Centred on the reverse of the coin is the coat of arms of Portugal above which is the country name 'Portugal' together with the year of issue, 2020. Below the coat of arms is the value indication of EUR. 7,50. There are seven other countries that also issue a coin with the theme 'Historical trains', the coats of arms of these countries are displayed in a circle around the coin. The coin is packaged in a printed coin holder.
