Portugal 7,5 Euro 2020 Portuguese Architecture

Portugal has issued a 7.5 Euro coin dedicated to 'Portuguese Architecture'. This coin completes the series dedicated to Portuguese Architecture. This last coin is dedicated to one of the best known and most prestigious Portuguese architect 'Goncalo Byrne'. Goncalo Byrne has created many exceptional works and has received both Portuguese and international awards. The face of the coin features the Lisbon Port Control Tower, an award-winning design by the architect Goncalo Byrne. Furthermore, the text 'ARQUITETO GONCALO BYRNE' (Architect Goncalo Byrne) and the year of issue, 2020, are shown. At the top on the reverse of the coin is the coat of arms of Portugal, below which is the value indication of 7.5 Euro. In an arc at the bottom of the coin is the country name, Portugal. The coin is packaged in a printed coin holder.
