On the normal 2 Euro 2019 San Marino a detail of the painting 'Madonna in Gloria' is depicted. This painting was painted around 1640 by Giovan Battista Urbenelli, also called Urbinelli by Urbino. The painting is to be found in the National Museum of San Marino. The stamp shows the first tower of San Marino called La Guiata. This tower was built in the 11th century and served as a prison until 1970!
