San Marino 5 Euro 2020 Zodiac Libra

In 2020, San Marino issued no less than three 5 Euro coins dedicated to the constellations. San Marino started in 2018 with this series of 5 Euro coins which have the theme of the Zodiac. The zodiac is shown on the celestial sphere and there are a total of 12 different Constellations. The ninth coin in this series has the theme Libra. The sun is in this constellation from 23rd September to 21st October. On the face of the coin the scales are depicted. To the left above the scales is the name Libra. At the top of the coin is the year 2020 and at the bottom of the coin is the value indication of 5 Euro. In the outer circle of the coin the zodiac sign of Libra is repeated 10 times. The reverse of this series of bronze coins is always the same. In the centre is the sun together with the three leaves of the Republic of San Marino. The 12 phases of the moon are shown around the sun. Encircling these moon phases is the country name 'Repubblica di San Marino' (Republic of San Marino). In the outer ring of the coin are the 12 different zodiac signs.
