Slovakia 5 Euro 2021 'Wolf'

Slovakia is producing a series of 5 Euro coins with the theme 'Flora and Fauna in Slovakia'. The second coin in this series is the 'Wolf'. The Wolf (Canis Lupus) was originally found all over the world. Different species of wolf are found in different regions, one such is the Arctic wolf. A Wolf has a bad image for humans, yet in general wolves shun humans. Wolves normally live in groups known as Packs. Wolves have not been seen in Belgium and the Netherlands for several hundred years, but they have recently come back into the Netherlands from Germany. However, Slovakia has gigantic pieces of untouched nature where the Wolf is still abundant. Three wolves are depicted on the face of the coin together with the country name SLOVENSKO (Slovakia), the coat of arms of Slovakia and the year of issue, 2021. The reverse of the coin shows two wolves along with the value indication of 5 Euro. The coin is packed in a coin capsule.
