Slovakia 5 Euro 2022 'Chamois'. Slovakia has issued the third coin in the series 'Flora and Fauna in Slovakia'. Every plant and animal fulfils its role on this planet, creating and maintaining our fragile ecosystem. Unfortunately, the ecosystem is rapidly deteriorating and many animals are becoming extinct and plants are disappearing from our beautiful earth. Chamois often live in the high mountains, but in winter they often descend to the lower forests because more food can be found here. They can easily jump from rock to rock and are difficult for predators to catch in the high mountains, but in the forests they are easier prey, thus the Chamois only remain for a relatively short time in the lower forests each year. On the face of the coin is a Chamois with the high mountains in the background. The reverse of the coin shows a chamois on a rock rim, the value indication of 5 Euro is displayed along with the country name SLOVENSKO (Slovakia) and the year, 2022. The coin is packed in a coin capsule.
