Vatican 10 + 20 + 50 Cent 2021 + 1 Euro 2021 = Miniset 2021. This is the 2021 Vatican mini-set comprising the 10, 20 & 50 Cent and 1 Euro coins. The current Pope, Francis I, has decided in his simplicity that he no longer needs to be portrayed on the coins of the Vatican. Since 2017 his image has been replaced by the Papal Coat of Arms which is a Coat of Arms that he has used since 1991 when he took office as Bishop of Argentina. At the top of the coat of arms is a mitre with the two keys of St. Peter. Centred on the crest are the letters IHS of Christ surmounted by a cross. Furthermore, three black nails are also seen. The star refers to Mary and the grass refers to Joseph. At the bottom of the coat of arms is the Pope's motto 'miserando atque eligendo' (called by compassion). The coins are packed in a transparent seal bag.
