Netherlands 2 Euro 2019 Coicard Nr. 1 Rembrandt

This is the first coincard from the series of coincards that have Famous Dutch Painters as their theme. The subject of this coincard is Rembrandt. The normal 2019 Dutch 2 Euro coin is mounted in this coincard together with a special medal. On the front of the coincard a part of his most famous work, The Night Watch is shown. On the back of the coincard is a self-portrait of Rembrandt. On the face of the medal itself, Rembrandt is portrayed as a younger man whilst on the reverse a hand holding a brush is depicted. Each coincard is provided with a unique number. The quality of both the coin and the medal is BU (Brilliant Uncirculated).
