2023 Lithuania 2 Euro coin 'Together with Ukraine'. Lithuania has issued a 2 Euro coin with the theme 'Together with Ukraine'. On 24th February, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine from multiple locations, a war that is still going on and has many casualties every day. With this special 2 Euro coin Lithuania wants to indicate that the Lithuanian population thinks of the Ukrainian people. It is to hope that this war will soon end. On the face of the coin is a stylized sunflower with petals resembling silhouettes of people holding hands, embracing and protecting each other. This symbolizes unity, support and strength. Furthermore, the country name LIETUVA (Lithuania) and the text 'KARTU SU UKRAINA' (Together with Ukraine) are shown. The coin is packaged in a printed coin holder.
